The drainage scheme proved more extensive than anticipated, requiring additional engineering, coordination, and careful planning throughout the project.
Working alongside experienced consultants ensured every aspect of the project, from drainage and lighting plans to landscaping and CCTV design, was carefully coordinated.
Despite those challenges, the project remained on schedule, moving from order placement in October 2025 to completion in June 2026.
Chris credits much of that success to the people involved.
“Overall, the site development has been a smooth and positive experience. Our team have done a fantastic job ensuring that the project was delivered on time and to our expected standards.”
