Beyond the educational sessions, attendees will have opportunities to connect with industry professionals through networking events, including the welcome event at the Georgia Aquarium and the awards gala.
With so much happing throughout the week, THE Show is a great opportunity to exchange ideas, discover new solutions, and connect with others in the industry.
Join Boxwell’s Roundtable on Thursday!
On Thursday, November 5th, Boxwell’s Clay Cutter will lead a roundtable discussion titled: “One Property, Multiple Revenue Streams: Combine Indoor Storage With Outdoor Drive-Ups for a More Versatile Facility.”
Every self-storage facility is different, and offering a variety of storage options can help operators make better use of their available space. Some customers prefer climate-controlled indoor units, while others value the convenience of drive-up access.
Clay’s roundtable will explore how combining indoor hallway systems with outdoor relocatable units can help operators maximize their property’s potential. The discussion will cover evaluating existing unit mixes, identifying opportunities to use underutilized land, and planning phased expansions based on occupancy and market demand.
Whether you’re expanding an existing facility or exploring ways to diversify your storage offerings, join the conversation and learn how different storage solutions can work together on one property.
